Retro Boats Downtown Austin Engagement Session

World, I introduce to you Tara and Bahrom and their gorgeous Lady Bird Lake Engagement Session. This session was epic because these two are epic. They are epically lovely, fun, kind, easy going, energetic, positive, and FUN! I could have kept shooting with them for hours and hours. Good thing I will get do to that exact thing with them this September at their Springdale Station wedding! 

But back to the retro boats downtown engagement session: this is part one of their session. We split their session into two parts so that we could take advantage of a super cute retro boat rental and also make a stop at a meaningful place for Tara and Bahrom: the Ladybird Lake Boardwalk where they both knew they’d fallen in love with each other! How adorable is that? 

Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk Engagement Session

After we’d had an already crazy amount of fun with the cute retro boat, we hopped in a car to take some photos at the Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk. This was such a great way to end the evening. We strolled the boardwalk taking advantage of the gardens and scenes all along the way. It is such a beautiful place for Austin skyline views without the crowds of Zilker Park or Congress Avenue. Not that it would have mattered if there were crowds because T+B did SUCH an amazing job being themselves, being in the moment, and just having FUN during their session. The result is a huge gallery of authentic, dreamy, fun images that are such true reflections of their relationship! Tara and Bahrom, I’m your biggest fan and I just can’t wait to celebrate you two again soon!
