You’ve heard of the classic black tie wedding. Well, we’re creating a brand new classic wedding category wit this one: the white bow wedding. World, welcome to Ellen and Paul’s magnificent black tie and white bow wedding at The Arlo Austin. A full palette of smart classics with a touch of modern, this December day beautifully reflects Ellen and Paul’s elegant style.

And, I’ll also add, Ellen and Paul themselves. These two are the definition of class and kindness. From their warm interactions with family and guests to the thoughtful design of the day, they ensured that every person felt welcomed and cherished. Their humility made for a remarkable celebration — it is a delight to celebrate a couple who so deeply want to elevate others!

But they also wanted to elevate the Lord. One of my favorite moments during this day was the worship during the ceremony. It was so sweet to hear choruses of praise resound through the ceremony space at The Arlo, and so sweet to witness what it meant to Ellen and Paul to have their wedding ceremony center around God. The sunshine splashing in through the windows felt like His love pouring right back to them!

Anther highlight of this black tie and white bow wedding at The Arlo (come on guys, let’s make it a thing!) was the reception where the talented band, Uptown Drive, took the stage and transformed the evening into an unforgettable party. Their energetic performance had everyone on their feet, dancing and celebrating the joyous occasion from start to finish. The lively atmosphere created by Uptown Drive perfectly reflected Ellen and Paul’s fun-loving personalities. Not to mention the donuts at the reception – which were an adorable call-back to Ellen and Paul’s engagement session. These two love donuts! 

The floral arrangements, expertly crafted by Wild Bunches Floral, added a touch of natural beauty to the entire event. Their statement bouquet for Ellen was truly breathtaking and served as the perfect complement to her lovely, classy bridal look, created by Blush’d Beauty. Ellen’s Maggie Sottero dress exuded elegance and sophistication, making her the epitome of a radiant bride!

As the evening came to a close, guests were left with cherished memories of an extraordinary wedding. Ellen and Paul’s black tie and white bow wedding at The Arlo Austin was a perfect blend of classic elegance and modern flair. It was a testament to their love, their desire to create a memorable experience for everyone in attendance, and their desire to glorify the Lord with their union!
