Laguna Gloria Engagement Session

Mackenzie & David

Texas is finally beginning to warm up outside and really feel like spring, so today I just had to share this  engagement session at Laguna Gloria that is as sunny and warm as what’s happening outside my window right now! (It’s been a crazy winter here in central Texas. We had a horrible ice storm earlier this month and to get these more “normal” early spring days in Texas feels like such a relief!)

So back to this sunny day with Mackenzie and David! Sunny is the appropriate word for these two. They are literally so fun and sunny themselves! Mackenzie has the most vibrant and joyful smile that perfectly matches her kind, easy-going, and fun personality. David is the perfect counterpart being equally fun and sun-shiney himself. There’s just no other way to spin it: these two are like sunshine on a spring day! Here are a few words Mackenzie used to describe their relationship: “We are both huge foodies! David is an excellent cook, and we love to try out new restaurants for date night. We have a German shorthaired pointer named Hank – is is such a lovable goofball! David and I are best friends – we love to spend time together and make each other laugh constantly.” Don’t you just totally see how much they love to laugh together? Ugh, they’re too cute!!

I just love how happy and bright the photos turned out (I just love shooting in sunshine!) because they perfectly match Mackenzie and David’s sweet relationship. I can’t wait for their wedding this May at Villa Antonia!

If you enjoyed this Laguna Gloria engagement session, you’ll love this one at Pace Bend Park!
