Laguna Gloria Bridal Session

Bridal sessions are always special. But Bailey’s Laguna Gloria Bridal Session was especially special! One, because I simply love her and she is a delight. But two, because we had some special guests at this bridal session: lady bugs! So many lady bugs! They were floating around Laguna Gloria and so many were drawn to Bailey in her wedding gown. They simply loved her!

Aside from the lady bugs, this session was a delight. Shooting at Laguna Gloria is always a joy. The architecture, the gardens, the tea room, the light. It never gets old. There are always new things I love to do when I get to shoot there. Taking advantage of Bailey’s fun spirit led to some fun photos of her walking and running through the gardens, which I loved!

Bailey and Chase had their wedding at Villa Antonia (one of my favorite Austin wedding venues). It is just the dreamiest space. An editorial I shot there was picked up by Wedding Chicks, which was so cool. We wanted to inspire brides to create the wedding they want… right were they are. By picking locations like Laguna Gloria and Villa Antonia, you can get that destination look without even needing your passport! Austin has so many gorgeous locations to shoot and I have a whole list that I have curated for my clients to use when they want to select a beautiful and inspiring place to shoot their engagement or bridal session. Certainly, Laguna Gloria is on that list, and these photos will show why!
