ABOUT Bailey AND Chase

Bailey and Chase, how happy I am to finally get you two and your beautiful wedding day onto my blog! Dearest reader, these two are pure gold. The moment I met with Bailey over Zoom during our initial consultation I knew she was someone I could really create some beauty with and for! She is joyful, kind, gracious, beyond thoughtful, and FUN! And when you add Chase into that equation you just double the portion of all aforementioned wonderful qualities. They are truly a power couple of loveliness. It all began with their stunning and picturesque engagement session on Lake Travis. Then Bailey’s gorgeous Laguna Gloria bridal session with all the ladybugs, and now their Villa Antonia Austin Wedding!

Speaking of the wedding, it was a perfect day, even when our amazing planners Karen and Emily of Clay and Vine Events had to last minute flip the ceremony into the chapel due to rain. (When I say last minute, they made magic for Bailey and Chase’s ceremony in such a quick minute!) We also must give a shout out to Mabry of The Flowered Blue florals because, well, for one, the flowers are incredible. This color palette was so uninque and fun and Mabry did a whimsical job. But they also had to move the ceremony flowers last minute and even with all the changes, everything looked literally amazing. It was SUCH the dream team this day.

When it came time for their ceremony, not a dry eye was in the chapel. The ceremony was so sweet and special with a ribbon tying moment (something new I’d never seen before) and a super sweet aisle exit kiss! Another highlight of the day has to be Bailey and Chase’s portraits. It had just begun to whisper a soft rain and in some of the images the rain looks like confetti. It’s just gorgeous.

A super fun and unique moment of the day was after the cake cutting and champagne fountain – Bailey and Chase had all of their guests line up and do a sparkler entrance into the reception. It was such a fun way to begin the celebratory part of the evening and all of the guests really loved it.

CONGRATS Bailey and Chase!

I had so much fun shooting this wedding for these two and I’ll never be over the beauty of it all. Congrats, B+C!

For this wedding, I brought my father in law’s old Olympus OM-1 and took a few frames of 35 mm film! Here are some of them. I love how perfectly imperfect they are.

If you enjoyed this wedding, you’ll love seeing this wedding at Canyonwood Ridge!
