Romantic Lake Travis Engagement Session

Get ready for all the sweetness with this romantic Lake Travis engagement session in Austin, Texas. Kelsey and Jason are actual dreamboats. And yes, their session did in fact include a sailboat at just the right moment. As well as a prop plane, also at just the right moment. That was special because Jason is a pilot! So I know you’re wondering, has Jason flown Kelsey in his plane? Of course! It may or may not have happened on their first date! Which, I must say, is so much cooler than the crazy dates on The Bachelor because this groom can actually fly!

When we were planning for this session, Kelsey and Jason wanted a beautiful location with stunning views and an organic feel. When I suggested this location on Lake Travis, they loved it! Can you believe how well Kelsey’s puff-sleeve dress matches the blue on the little cottage? That’s what I call kismet. It was just meant to be!

Kind of like Jason and Kelsey themselves. They are truly the perfect partnership. They are kind to one another, loving, supportive, thoughtful, and respectful. They look out for reach other’s needs and Jason even surprised Kelsey with flowers at the beginning of their session. What makes this even more special is that I have known Kelsey for several years now, because in 2021 I worked with her sister, Jessica, for her wedding to Sam! And now I’m getting to do the same with Kelsey. This is where I pinch myself. I am so blessed, so lucky, to get to work with people as amazing and lovely as Jessica and Sam, and now Kelsey and Jason. I am so thankful to God for connecting me to this family and these amazing sisters. And I literally cannot wait until Kelsey and Jason’s wedding this coming March at Ma Maison!
