A Classic Summer Wedding with “A Touch of Texas”

There are so many things I want to say about Jessica and Sam and their super sweet “classic with a touch of Texas” wedding day! The first is this phrase is word for word from the bride! Jessica knew exactly what she wanted for their day and everything came together so beautifully and yes, classically, for their day. Jessica is a very gifted artist, and she even custom created their entire wedding invitation suite. Can you believe that?! I’ve seen a lot of wedding invitations and I have to say that these are some of my favorite to date. But I also have to mention the gift Jessica made for Sam. She literally wrote and illustrated a book of their dating/engagement history! Like, an entire book dedicated to their story with hundreds of water color illustrations within! Isn’t that amazing? It was an extraordinary piece of art and such a perfect reflection of Jessica’s thoughtfulness and loving heart.

What I’d say is also a wonderful reflection of this couple’s heart is how many sweet and meaningful moments there were throughout the day, all of which were drenched in the happiest smiles ever. Their ceremony was joyful and so meaningful, their hugs with family and friends right after the ceremony were so bright and celebratory, and I’m pretty sure they laughed all throughout their photos together at the end of the evening.

Days like this remind me how special my job is. I get to be there on the happiest day of my couple’s lives. It’s pretty amazing and I’m so, so thankful for that! Congrats J and S! Y’all are literally the best and your day was one of my favorites ever!
