This is an Austin Green Belt engagement session that I have been excited to post for a long time! The lush colors and dreamy, organic vibes are just what I want from an engagement session on a creek bed! And Austin has such an abundance of whimsical locations for such light, colorful moments for my couples to enjoy from their sessions!

Manali and James are so incredibly cool. You kind of can’t help but feel totally relaxed around them. They’re very go with the flow and all smiles all the time. What’s been hard about walking through their engagement season with them is the way COVID19 has impacted their plans for their wedding (and even their engagement session–we had to reschedule like 3 times). Honestly, it really breaks my heart. But to say I’m blown away by their positivity and gracious attitudes would be an understatement. It seems nothing can really alter their joy too much, because once we FINALLY got to have our session (which by the way happened to be on the prettiest, most temperate May day in Austin!), they had a blast and made the best of the whole experience! I am fully positive they’ll carry that make-it-work attitude into their marriage, which from my own experience with being a wife, I know will bless them like crazy!

I am SO excited for what will be the most gorgeous intimate wedding ceremony at Camp Lucy at the end of this week! It feels like a present I get to finally unwrap to get to shoot their wedding on Friday, and I know they’re feeling the same way! Can’t WAIT to celebrate you two!
