Spring trees, fields of prairie fire, a bouquet fit for a flower child. This is the bridal session of bohemian dreams. Should I also mention the delicate lace florals on this flirty, endearing dress design? From the temperate kindness in Carly’s eyes to the smell of spring in the air, this day in early March reminisced simple joys. Carly and her mother, Janet, met me at a favorite venue in Round Top (Festival Hill Institute – quite the best kept secret), for an afternoon of creative gratification. Carly for one is completely stunning, and I’m currently wondering why every bride doesn’t also bring along a hat as a featured accessory? To go back in time and embellish my own bridal wardrobe, I think my hat would be ivory with an equine inspired leather band by one of my favorite accessory artists, Wimberly Inc. But to travel back into the present, I’m thrilled to finally share these images from Carly’s flower infused boho bridal session, which have easily placed themselves as some of my very favorites!
