Taylor and Lucas were wed on the most perfect April day. Click through to peruse the pretty of this Arrowhead Hill Spring wedding!
I have known sweet Taylor for years. Back when Kenton and I lived near College Station I met Taylor through the summer camp where Kenton worked. I spent many summers there at that camp, many of which Taylor was a part of! When you work at a summer camp with people, those people just become family. That’s how I feel about Taylor. She is so dear to me, and when she reached out about her Arrowhead Hill Spring wedding I was so honored and excited to get to be part of it.
This wedding day was so perfect. The weather was perfect. The day went smoothly (much thanks to one of EBP’s favorite planners, Madison of Botkin Creative). The couple was so happy to finally be at their wedding day. It was such a dream! It all began with bridal details (aren’t Taylor’s shoes so unique and pretty?) and bridal party portraits. Then came the ceremony that was so sweet. I just love how white and bright the chapel is at Arrowhead Hill. It is perfect for photography!
The next part of the day brings us to cocktail hour, which is always a favorite for me. While I’m getting to spend time with and photograph the couple, lots of mingling and laughing and drinking and snacking is happening in the tent. I LOVE tented weddings. They are so timeless and whimsical and this one was no exception.
Finally, T+L moved into the reception where they danced, cut the cake (isn’t the cake table gorgeous?) and ran to their getaway car through a sparkler exit with all of their family and friends. It was such a happy day!
What a joy it is to relive this day through the blog post! Congrats T+L – cheers to you and many more celebrations to come for your family!
If you enjoyed this wedding then you’ll love this one at The Wayback Austin!
