Fall Engagement Session at Pedernales Falls

When Abbey and Philip told me what they wanted for their Austin engagement session I knew the exact place for them. And when Philip learned that it would require some hiking to get to our shooting locations at Pedernales Falls State Park, his excited smile told me I’d picked just the location for this couple! Abbey and Philip are outdoorsy and adventurous and so comfortable out in nature, which made exploring the park for their session so much more fun. They loved it so much that when we finished shooting they stayed longer and explored even more!

That feels very par for the course for these two, who met at a summer camp and the rest is history. They love to be outside, they love each other, and Abbey’s favorite thing is flowers — so I simply cannot wait for their (outdoor!) wedding at Addison Grove next year. It is going to be stunning and if these photos tell us anything, it’s going to be very fun and colorful and romantic, too! Congrats y’all – can’t wait for the big day!
