Finally getting this beautiful, fun engagement session on my blog feels like the best thing that could happen today! I’m so excited to share these photos of Lauren and Trent and their classy yet super fun engagement session at Laguna Gloria in Austin, Texas! Classy yet fun, by the way, also happens to be the perfect description of this couple! They are *literally* the best and made my job way too easy and enjoyable on this sunny spring day we shot their engagements.

In planning for this session, Lauren knew exactly what she wanted: photos that represented their playful, loving relationship in a location that could offer lush outdoor scenes as well as thoughtful, well intentioned architecture to boot. Laguna Gloria was the perfect match, and we even hopped over to Mayfield Park for their second outfit, which was made for those cowboy boots Lauren is wearing! Also, Lauren can you please just let us all just follow you around as you shop, because I’m going to need a pair of those statement earrings like asap.

I count myself super blessed to call these two friends and I count myself super blessed to get to shoot their Ella Hotel elopement in the summer! It is going to be the absolute perfect way to send them into a meaningful, lasting marriage and I can’t wait to celebrate them. Congrats, Lauren and Trent! Can’t wait for all that is to come!
