Balmorhea Events Bridal Session

This bridal session, y’all!!! Amy is a beauty. She’s the queen of the look back, she’s got a Julia Roberts mega watt smile, and a big, vibrant personality to go with it! She is literally always a good time and I can’t wait to get her wedding to Tate up on the blog so you guys can see even more of her joy!

But before I get ahead of myself, I have to share a little of the background of this session. Do you want to take a wild guess for what day in February we had originally planned her session? If you guessed the coldest, worst day of the 2021 Ice Storm, then you were right! So during her session — which as you can see had absolutely PERFECT weather! — I told her our inspiration was the fact that all she’d wanted to do for so long is just go outside and dance in the sunshine but she couldn’t for so long because of the storm! And we had such a blast. We flipped on some 70’s funk and played and got a nice little tan in the new, sunny Spring glow, and I’m just so in love with how her session turned out!

And of course this was a mega team effort by all of Amy’s lovely vendors involved who really came together to make this day so lovely despite the struggle we had to make it happen!
