Sweet, sweet Grace! This Senior Portrait Session at the Antique Rose Emporium was so, so happy! I absolutely love shooting in October. The colors are so rich but soft at the same time, and golden hours are just a little extra golden! October also happens to be such a perfect time to schedule Senior Portraits, and when Grace reached out to me to schedule hers I was so thrilled!

Grace picked three really perfect looks for her session – they were each a bit of a different vibe, but all three paired so well with the lush, dreamy setting that the Antique Rose Emporium offers. She did such a great job enjoying herself and trying new poses, and she and I were constantly laughing over the emotional sighs coming from her little audience, consisting of her super cute Mama and Auntie! Bringing special family members and friends always makes sessions more meaningful and memorable, and for me as a photographer it’s always very rewarding to get to watch both Mom and Senior really feel the fun, special significance of the session, which definitely happened during this whimsical, celebratory evening in this beautiful garden!

Grace — you are pure joy, friend!! If I could shoot your session over and over I would, but seeing as how that’s not possible, let’s just plan to reunite for all of the big life moments ahead of you! 🙂 It was such a joyful honor to be your Senior Portrait Photographer!
