This Farmhouse wedding day was so lovely from details to dancing under bulb lights at night! Jessica and Ron are the kindest humans you’ll meet, and their wedding day reflected that greatly! The moment I got there, Jessica handed ME a gift. ME! On her wedding day! And it was actually the most thought-through gift for me – it was so me! Their genuine thoughtfulness for others would continue to reverberate though out the day.

Both Jessica and Ron were so relaxed and in the moment as they got ready, carrying on easy conversations with their friends and bridal party about their lives and kids. Every part of their time getting ready was so drenched in joy and intentionality, I’m just in love with the photos. And then it came time for first looks and Jessica’s bridal party had me thinking how blessed she is to have such authentic, loving girl friends who were SO excited to see her in her gown. Girl friends are so important, aren’t they? But soon after it was time for Jessica to walk through her venue (one of my favorite pics!) with her Momma to meet Ron for a really special first look in the chapel, followed by some exchanging of gifts. This is where the thoughtfulness really shows because Jessica and Ron gave each other the BEST gifts!!! Like, incredibly thoughtful and meaningful. Ron had written notes for Jessica to read at certain pivotal moments during their first year of marriage (side note, Ron has the most beautiful handwriting I’ve ever seen, like wow). But not only that, he had a book made about their story!! Are you kidding me?! After receiving such a kind gift from Jessica earlier in the day, it made my heart so happy to see she’s met her match in Ron, and I know he’ll continue to love on her that way for the rest of their lives.. which started on this beautiful day in December!!!

I look through these photos and I just feel so happy. So happy that this is my job and I get to do this, so happy that this was my last wedding of 2019, which was an incredible year filled with the loveliest EBP couples I could ask for, and so happy that I got to spend this day with Jessica and Ron. There is no where else I’d have rather been on this day than celebrating their marriage with them. They are truly the warmest hearts and I know God is going to use their marriage is going to bless a lot of people – He already has! I’m so excited to share their blog post today and wish them all the joy and peace as they start their life together as husband and wife! Congrats you two! Lots of love!!!
