Sweet Madeline! This Senior Portrait Session was soooo much fun. This was my first time shooting at Sekrit Theatre and I’d say it’s worth the hype. It was such a fun place to create unique images and get creative with angles and framing. And getting to do all of that with this sweet Senior made it even better!
Madeline is actually the nicest human alive. She just is. She’s so fun and easy to spend time with and I think I actually had to stop myself from shooting too long because she was so good at just being herself in front of the camera. Which is hard to do! It’s hard to feel “normal” when someone is pointing a big black camera at your face and encouraging you to just “be you.” But Madeline did it with such ease and I can’t help but think that’s how she takes on every new situation she encounters, and no doubt it’s how she’ll take on college next year!
Madeline, you’re a doll! Thanks so much for picking me to dance around Sekrit Theatre with you (on what turned out to be the prettiest day ever) and create some one of a kind Senior Portraits! (I think God held off the rain for her because it started pouring about 30 minutes after this session ended.) Happy, happy Senior Year, sweet girl, and enjoy this blog post just to celebrate YOU!!
